“Used the services of 2E Electrical this morning, was told the 1st hour including travel time was 175+GST an 105 +GST each hour after. So it was really a one man job , but two vans showed up with one being an apprentice. There was no break down on invoice. An I wasn't told I would be also paying for the apprentice at $65 +GST for an additional 1 hour an 20min . I can understand paying the extra 20min .This seemed unfair given I had already paid the first hour for the sparky an it was definitely a one person job. I also feel the sparky taking a number of phone calls on my time while at my house an that I'm paying for him on his phone , isn't fair also. The Sparky was good at his job but I feel a little underwhelmed having to pay additional money for a one person job. Not sure if I will ever use them again. But I would ask if one sparky could come out only in the future. Otherwise I'm happy with the work provided. Thank you”
