“Update: Gary did ultimately get in touch with me. Sounds like it was a rough day all around. Perhaps not worth writing them off altogether. Still not the best experience, but I appreciate the context. Depressingly bad communication. Appointment booked for 8:30am. I reached out by text when they were 20min late. No reply so I called at 30min late, no answer. At 45min late, I got a text back, "Yes be there about 10". I called back at 10:40 and Gary apologised that another job was taking longer than expected and said they'd be here within an hour. I said I understood that sometimes urgent things come up and let it go. I waited for the next hour. No contact. I then tried to contact Gary 15 more times over the following hour with no success. At 4 hours late I booked an appointment with another septic company and left both a voicemail and text message to inform Gary that I no longer wanted them to come today. 20min later I saw a truck outside with their branding, went outside and told the driver that I'd been waiting over 4 hours and hadn't heard from Gary in 2 hours so I'd booked with someone else and didn't need their service. He said he hadn't spoken to Gary and he was waiting for the other guy with the sucker truck to come. He was pretty chill about the change in plans and apologised, though we agreed that he had done nothing wrong. The change in schedule was not an issue for me, though it did write off half of the day for me. The fundamental issue was the complete lack of communication.”

“Awesome bloke called him just over an hour and a half ago about a blocked drain spewing up nasty outside and he was here just now sorting it, unfortunately he didn't have the kit with him on such short notice but he got it as unblocked as he could and has arranged a second visit. Awesome service and would definitely recommend!”

“Messaged contact details and job request via their website. A week went by, no reply so phoned them. Said he would phone back with a date to do septic tank. No return call after another week so phoned again. Given a time and date but didn't show up. Really disappointed so we went elsewhere. Turned up 2 days later announced to do the job.”
