“Not a fan. Replaced taps without checking when only washer was requested. I called and they were going to get the old taps from the plumber and double check. Didn't hear anything for 8 weeks, then phone call to apologize and said not to worry about the bill. I said I didn't mind paying a call out fee as the guy did come on his way to work so not even out of his way. $103 for call out for the guy on his way to work! Lesson learned”
