“Well we're to begin let's just say if you decide to go with this company pray you don't have an issue as the lady that runs this side of it will blatantly just ignore your emails and will not get back to you .Example we had a bathroom build I was sent the details of an extractor fan they recommended me to purchase the email she sent contained the brand name manrose no mention of the size of the fan , however the photo she sent was that of a 125 manrose so I went by the photo not wanting to get this wrong , also she charged me a fee of a few hundred dollars for her to find out what I needed and make sure I had the correct products .Well turns out the fan which was $400 that i purchased was to weak and wouldn't take the steam away it was also vented on an angle and didn't suck the steam efficiently it should have been straight up , they also threw the box away so I was unable to return it , there only come back was it's my fault for getting the wrong one however they will supply a new one at cost plus another install fee .I have sent half a dozen emails trying to get some help and she just ignorantly will not acknowledge them or even bother to reply , we had intended on using them for a house build but if this can happen over something so small we are so glad we didn't enter into an agreement with them of a bigger magnitude, I have never dealt with a company that refuses to talk her behavior is totally unprofessional I've asked several times for the issue (emails) to be forwarded to the owner which i did have one small discussion with and he mentioned the vent should be straight up he was to get back to me however this never happened niether , we are left with a bathroom in my elderly fathers room that steams up so bad he cannot see and has to shower with the door open .So please be forewarned even a little hiccup will go unresolved and brushed off as she just can't be bothered and may be left without your desired outcome or even worse ,unless I go to small claims court clearly it's the only way i will get communication 😡”
