“These guys at BuildSmart are absolutely amazing - when faced with a natural disaster in Dunedin (Civil Defence Emergency rain event) in October 2024 we were recommended by our Structural Engineer Sean O'Neill, to touch base with Glen from BuildSmart - we have nothing but a glowing reommendation re Glen and his team when faced with a year of battling EQC (NHC) and our insurance company, AAI, for compensation/settlement - wouldn't wish that on anyone!. It really took its toll on us but Glen made everything so much easier with his excellent communication with all parties (and there were many throughout the country) re his videos, emails and relentless phone chats inside and outside of standard working hours. In a heightened stressed state he was the calming voice at the other end of the phone and allayed all our fears. This was never going to be a cheap fix, indeed very expensive, but Glen and his team showed us that there are wonderful people that do work in your favour.
