From Miriam getting back and organising a time promptly for a quote for our carpet, to the office person taking my payment and signing of my quote, and the people who came and installed the Carpet on the day. They made sure I knew everything required of me even ringing the week before to make sure we were ready for them to vacuuming and leaving clean the area when they had finished. They even offered a person to come and trim the doors as we had bought thicker Carpet than previously.”

The service I have received from Carpet Court Dunedin has been amazing on both occasions. Tracey was amazing and came up wirh a range of samples. Provided 2 quotes based on the same colour option. Justine followed up and kept me informed on dates and was so amenable and professional when we had to change the date of the installation. To top of our wonderful experience we had the pleasure of two great young men Thomas and Patrick to do the installation. They did an amazing job. The carpet colour was a lighter beige and the joins were invisible to the eye. I cannot commend their professionalism and quality of work enough. They should be recognised for their work and their personable manner.”
