“Rude showroom staff who have zero interest in talking with you. One reluctantly told me the price of a more expensive product having actually laughed when I asked. We proceeded with purchase as it was our renovators preferred supplier despite our reservations. Install was messy. Carpet glue on brand new walls and skirting. Carpet joins are terrible and highly visible. Our hardwood installer was rude and dismissive. He cut boards too short so they had to be replaced once toe kicks were in. One installer refused to remove their shoes when coming in to our house. They all left rubbish that they refer to as ‘off cuts’. The floorer stuffed them under the cabinetry hoping I assume we wouldn’t notice them. Not our first rodeo with this company, but definitely the last!”

“Called into the shop in Napier , spoke to a gentleman about carpet and flooring , was good to deal with and very helpful. Picked flooring and carpet and was passed on to a lady to get a person to come and to measure and quote and confirm installation. This was approx 4 to 5 weeks ago and never heard from them . Have gone with floor mart hastings . Great service and floor getting laid next week and carpet when some renovations are finished”
