“We had carpet installed in our garage. The pricing was competitive with others but I just liked the person who came round to give a quote. He was pragmatic and didn't talk about the competition in a disparaging way. Just quietly self-confident in the brand he represented. I believe that the installation is done by subcontractors but the quality of the installation was excellent. The installers pointed out a couple things to make it look better long term - and they were right - cost me a bit more but it was worth it. I dealt with a couple guys in the shop - both highly professional. One was a bit reserved and the other more expressive. That's okay. Overall an excellent experience and I'm very happy with the completed work.”
