“Carpet court installed new flooring throughout our 4 bedroom house. The Rhino LVT flooring is great and was installed really well. The garage carpet has been ok, it started to lift up but the team came around fairly quickly to glue it back down. Our carpet install hasn't been great - joins are rough and some of the cutting around the edges are poor. It is a hard carpet to install and cut but we were expecting a better result than we have which is disappointing given the money we have spent.”

“Quick to want your deposit paid to book install and then don't care about you anymore. Their contractor installer saw suspected asbestos below the tiles of the room next door where no work was getting done and decided he is not doing the install unless we get it tested. We called Josh to come and look but he told us he doesn’t need to. Their customer care or rather own care says they don't think he would have said that. Josh stopped answering our calls unless we call from a different number and takes at least 3 days to reply an email. Next company came and did the install with no problem”
