“Absolutely fantastic service from Nicola, Ian and Steve - they are all such lovely people and did an incredible job installing new flooring in the living and dining areas, staircases and hallway of our family home. They handled the job from start to finish - removing and disposing of the old carpet, preparing the floor and then installing the flooring. The work was done promptly because we had a tight timeframe and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They are so good that we started recommending them to our friends before the job was even finished! We had gotten quotes from several other flooring installers in the North Shore and Choices was clearly the best option because the people you speak to in the store are the people who will actually handle the job - we got a lot of misinformation from others and other businesses were not willing or able to handle the job from start to finish.
