I had a conversation with Lisa at the front desk about how I had plans the following weekend that I needed my car for and herself and the team took the time to get me in that same week and have my car ready for it’s WOF for me. I appreciate all the help they have given me and for squeezing me in so I can still attend my plans. They did a wonderful job and it looks good as new, I was initially quoted by somewhere else for 6k or a write off but they got the work done wonderfully and only For 1.2k. I highly recommend this business to anyone that wants to get their car painted or panel beated. The best in palmy and I will continue to go to them for any other damages or issues i may come across. “The experience and professionalism at City Panel & Paint is a class act. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name now, but the chap who evaluated the situation and walked me through the options and pricing for my car absolutely exuded expertise. The car took a day or two longer than expected, but I believe that’s because they completed three more panels than quoted—at no extra charge. To summarise that unplanned upgrade: minor dents we originally agreed not to fix were repaired, the entire panel was repainted instead of just the chip area, and to achieve craftsmanship finesse, two additional unquoted panels were done. As someone who deals with businesses often and who spent their early career in retail, I cannot recall service this customer-focused, especially when it involves additional time and cost on their end. Setting aside the unexpected extra work, the quality itself is a masterclass. The colour matching to me isn’t blending—it’s the same. And the clear-coat finish? I feel like I could tell you whether there’s a bird sitting on a tree branch just from the reflection off my bonnet. To summarise this the best I can: I love my car in a way most people don’t fully understand, and I would happily trust City Panel & Paint with it again for any future work. Thank you!”
