“Extremely disappointed with service. Had an insurance job that the claim was accepted for never heard back from Cottrell Ross, emailed several times and phoned when repairs could be done but got no timeframes or calls when they could facilitate repairs. Instead left me hanging for months!! Really disappointed as I chose them because they were reviewed well on google. I personally received poor service. And got completely forgotten about. If they didn’t want to fix the repairs, have the courtesy to let people know so they can move on to the next repairer. Not that hard considering I contacted them so many times!”
