“Wim has helped us out on a number of occasions. Most recently he replaced the perished seal on our toilet pan connector. He completed the job in under an hour. Such a relief, as our toilet is fully enclosed porcelain, set on tiles and it had started to leak badly when flushed. Wim showed us how the perished seal rubber was hanging down into the drain and creating a sort of net, catching toilet paper and blocking the toilet! Wim has also completed a bathroom renovation for us. He has helped my mother-in-law with a change from an old, leaky, water cylinder to a new gas system and is happy to pop round to change the occasional washer for her too. Really great service always.
