“We have just moved into our new home in Waikanae built by David Reid Homes and it is perfect in every way. The design is just want we wanted, it's so good to move into a brand new home from a 1930s bungalow. I can't speak highly enough of the team, yes there were delays due to Covid but that was out of their hands. The quality of workmanship and finishing both inside and outside is flawless. We were nervous to start with due to all the negative things you hear about building but Tim and his project manager dealt with any issues behind our backs, we just waited for the house to be completed and then moved in!”
