“Emergency call out to check gas line ok after storm damage by a sign to gas tank connections. Came when they said they would, followed up with letter explaining problem for insurance claim. Quick quote for insurance. Also checked our other gas appliances as it looked like our gas cylinders were incorrectly installed so we thought be safe. Gas fire wasn't converted properly so plumber said he'd contact fire company and within a week I got call back with update and costs of conversion kit. Excellent communication and didn't have to wait long for repairs ( had to liaise with a builder). Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. I highly recommend and would use again.”
