Thanks so much getting this reno over the line for us, so we could get this property to market as soon as possible. This build could not have been made more difficult due to the unforeseen timing we found ourselves in. With Covid lock downs for the whole build process & made even worse by the us (as owners) not being unable to leave Auckland due to L3 & 4 restrictions. Your ability to turn this long term rental property needing a lot of love to the final "like new " appearance, I can assure you is very much appreciated and I know will be reflected at up coming sale process. Our only regete...... it hopefully will be sold before we have had the oppertunity to see the the transformation in person. “Whilst living in The Netherlands EBuild have successfully and to my total satisfaction executed 2 projects on my Wellington rental property. One large leaking problem underneath the house, which required major excavations under the house, as wel as externally in difficult conditions. The other one was arranging a new roof covering to the garage. Just an e-mail to Tony and he gets the job done efficiently and to a high standard. Being half a world away I had to have total trust in Tony and his company. So, I don't fear when Tony"s here!!!”

“Be warned! Brent from e-build, the most unprofessional builder ever. I have rented the same beautiful home for 15 years. A leak appeared and Brent was deployed (by the property management company) to fix it. Brent couldn't find the source of the leak, however opted to try a variety of remedies. I later received an email from the agents saying that Brent's report said there was no leak and therefore it must be from a spill or intentionally caused! Confused, I called Brent, who got incredibly defensive and told me his "off the record" opinion - which was an accusation that I had intentionally caused the wet patch myself to "get off from paying the rent". I couldn't believe this was a "professional" I was speaking with. His inability to find the source of the leak, resulted in him "trying" various options (like installing flashing alongside the deck) and when none of his attempts solved the problem, he blamed the occupant! I was in disbelief. If I was the home owner, there is NO WAY I would have paid for this service. Be warned, stay well away from e-build”
