Shane is so incredibly responsive, gave me great advice, a fair price, and went above and beyond to help me switch out my heatpump so I could get Healthy Homes qualified in a short timeframe. He helped me store my old unit while I waited for a sale and literally seatbelted it into his front seat to make sure it reached its destination in top condition.
