“9 months after accepting the quote to replace our roof I have today cancelled it. Initially timeframe quoted was 6-8 weeks, then suddenly it became “within the next three months”, then it was a generic email stating they were running behind. It’s now been 6 since then and nothing to show. Reality is as a retail client they don’t seem to value my business or my property. Work was supposed to be completed prior to most recent winter, instead it’s been a dismal 3 months of dealing with constant leaks and we still didn’t have any indication of when work was even likely to begin. Seems they only care about commercial clients and everyone else gets left in the dark If your looking to reroof your house I would be looking elsewhere for a company that is actually going to look after you.”
