With Ivy and Becks in the showroom providing input and professional advice I felt my vision in putting together a colour scheme with the right feel came together effortlessly. Then having installers with the skill set to match the end product exceeded expectations. The team of Zaine, Ripper, Tevin and Jayden ensured finishing to the highest level and working in with ever changing timeframes without stress was so appreciated. Impressed with the completion of the house they carried on with flooring in to the man cave and did an incredible job and even provided the finishing touch of a large rug in the main lounge. “BEWARE!! We used Flooring Design NP to replace carpet in a spare bedroom. We came home to our front door looking like the attached photo. They somehow smashed our doorbell and in their attempt to cover things up, applied some glue/solution that has ruined our front door. Flooring Design never told us that they did this (we had to hit them up), they're trying to blame everything on subcontractors (we didn't pay subcontractors, we payed Flooring Design) and they still haven't told us what happened/have not admitted fault. As a result, we're stuck paying an excess with our insurance company. I would not recommend anyone do business with Flooring Design. When things don't go to plan, they cannot be expected to act with integrity. We wish we went elsewhere, as the pricing was the same. We wish we could give them a zero rating.”
