“We had a brilliant experience using Floorstar to fix the floors in our house. Our flooring had being installed incorrectly when our house was built, so five years later it was cracking and coming up from the underfloor - it needed to be removed and replaced. We shopped around for quotes, and Ethan provided us with the most reasonable quote by far - removal of old flooring and replacement with high quality wet area flooring in four rooms (kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry) for under $5000. Another company quoted us the same amount of money for putting laminate sheeting over the top of the existing flooring with no removal. The install was quick over two days, and Floorstar were flexible in how they approached the rooms to make sure we always had a bathroom available to use. We were very happy with the quality of finish and the floors feel so much sturdier and more stable than what we had before. Excellent service from start to finish, and you can see that you are investing you money in a quality product and quality service. Definitely will be our first call if we need any flooring replaced in the future.”
