“Poor workmanship, poor communication, a $400 bill for digging a hole and leaving it for weeks. Foleys were called by AA Home Response to assess and fix an outside water leak. The tenants questioned whether anybody had attended, so I followed up with AA Home response to confirm someone had been. Foleys returned (weekend visit) to check (and to let us know that yes, they had been the day before). They returned once more on the Monday and then called me to say that they could not isolate the problem and that conditions had to dry up. They would be in touch. We received a $400 bill a month later, there was no transparency what they were charging for. When I contacted the office they told me that the job had been completed. We engaged another plumber who isolated the problem quickly.”
