In terms of other comparable homes in Hamilton at the same price point, the Friendship Builders' homes represent excellent value for money in an emerging part of the city. Our home is immaculately finished, with quality fixtures and fittings. Our new home is everything we were looking for. I would also recommend Friendship Builder's for design and build, if you prefer that to purchasing a spec build, because I see them constructing homes around us, consistently working 10-12+ hour days, 6 full days a week. Having been messed around by a building company before, there's a lot to be said for a reliable crew that get in, get the job done, and get the job done well.”

“Highly recommended builder all over Hamilton Waikato New Zealand. We have some issues with our house with all the shrinkage and Paint as its new build house. With some miss communication with the agent and the builders. The Owner/CEO visited my house with his personal assistant a very kind man and a very kind woman. They have asked full apology with the issue and promised me to sort out everything and aside from it they give me a token as a gift for Friendship and this stand with the name of their company Friendship builders. Im so happy with all the effort they have given and fixing all the issues in my house. This builders will stand out on the crowd. Five star review is not even enough of what they did.”

“Some people always say it is cheap, but as an owner, I can honestly say that their materials are in compliance with regulations and the quality is even better. This company has been recognized by Greenhill, and the developer is willing to give them more land to build houses. It's ridiculous to make an untrue review if you are not the owner. Greenhill developer will not destroy his own brand.”

“This company is not interested in making “Friendships” with anyone. I’ve had nothing but issues dealing with these guys. They are messy! completely destroying are lawns with all their building materials, leaving rubbish and cigarette butts and nails in our garden. Using cheap inefficient materials with poor planning, like the noisy heat pump they poorly installed without any noise control, to heat a two story house, that has to work extra hard because it’s not up to the job, causing horrible noises that I have to live with 24/7, that they put facing a neighbours bedroom window! Or the cheap uncovered lighting that pollutes the neighbours properties and wildlife when it should be dark. Who knows what other cheap or badly planned materials they use for the construction of the houses themselves :o Glad I won’t have to find out as I wouldn’t buy one of these “houses” Avoid and make a better investment elsewhere!”
