“THE BRIEF: We engaged Instant Green to re-vegetate a steep slope that slipped c 100m during the February 2023 Cyclone. The slip had recently been remediated via backfill + compaction of soil, along with planting of some 50 juvenile native flax. Re-grassing was the final step in protecting the slope, providing interim erosion cover while the flax become established. Whilst surrounded by thick paddock grass, a slope as steep as ours, won't easily re-grass over a slip, if it does at all. Specialist hydroseed product was needed to bond to the soil/slope, which Instant Green could readily supply. The contractor who completed the earthworks and planting on our site, Grand Designs Landscaping & Dallimore Earthworks, was an advocate for Instant Green's work - so we went with his recommendation. The website itself is very informative - the team at Instant Green are clearly subject matter experts and appear to have some of the best equipment in the industry, especially for otherwise inaccessible sites. Received and accepted the quote within a week or so of initial contact. The job was completed on time and to budget. Prompt, friendly and professional service.
