“Won’t be using instant plumbing again. Mark was very friendly but I didn’t have a great experience. Instant is a big company and with that, they don’t care as much as the smaller guys. I booked in advance for my renovation, stating to Mark just come over and do the job. The plumber turned up with the understanding that it was just to have a look. So he had to come back over a few days to do the job which wasn’t great especially when I’m paying for him to set up. I recorded when he came and left, when I got the final bill I was over charged for the time and there were parts on the invoice that he never used. It was lucky I knew what I was looking at. In their defence they did fix this but not the extra time, he claimed to check the gps timing but that didn’t line up with what I had.”

“Cannot comment on work done. But problem has not re-occured. However workman did not arrive at agreed time 8.30, did advise they were delayed & would be there soon. Arrived closer to lunch hour. Was not impressed he came inside with boots on left mud on carpet. At completion of work left leaving driveway, garden and area around Toby valve covered in mud which I had to hose down. I did not expect for the cost involved to have to clean up after workman.”

“Needed a leaking hot water cylinder replaced. By the end of the next day I was connected to mains pressure, larger tank, and outside set up (thanks to their advice) freeing up much needed space in the kitchen. The workmanship was professional and calm. The outside set up was a clear example of the pride they take in their work. And the quote was at a very competitive price. Will make sure to use their services for any future issues that arise. Thanks.”
