“I represent a Community Organisation who when faced with a required upgrade to our toilet area decided to approach Jackson Plumbing for their help in making it happen. Jackson’s got the team on the job very quickly and very soon we had the required upgrades in place and installed very well. Even better our invoice had been significantly discounted by Jackson’s in respect of us being a Community Organisation. We were very happy with that and on the strength of that alone we wholeheartedly recommend Jackson Plumbing. But, Jacksons went many steps further in customer service than just a discounted invoice. During the toilet upgrade it was noted by Jackson’s that the sewer pipe from the toilet area appeared to be blocked and would need clearing. This clearing proved not very easy at all due an antiquated sewer line (pre 1900’s) combined with tree root ingress from a neighbouring property. Conscious that our funding is dependant on the Community, Grant Jackson donated his time and energy (without cost to us) to clear the sewer line - that was a whole day of work donated given the tree ingress and antiquated piping with Grant completely in and amongst the pipe clearing the whole day. We totally and wholeheartedly recommend Jackson Plumbing Nelson. Grant, Debbie and the team at Jackson Plumbing did a brilliant job for us.”
