“These guys are the real deal. An incredible team and every interaction I’ve had with Jarvis has been fantastic. I don’t know the first thing about plumbing, but everyone I’ve dealt with has been super patient and respectful, explaining things in plain language and being very clear about what work needs to be done etc. If you spend even a few minutes on their website you get a real sense that this is a value-driven company. They clearly care deeply about their work and people, and this really shows. There may well be cheaper outfits out there, but if I wanted a quality service in Wellington it is always going to be with Jarvis. I only wish there were more businesses like this in New Zealand that take such pride in the work that they do. Special shoutout to Phil - he came and repaired our cold water tap recently. Our toby was inaccessible so he went to the trouble of going around and door knocking all of the neighbouring units about turning the water off, something that I should’ve really done!
