“My house was built 4 years ago but the grout in the kitchen tiles was looking shocking. I contacted the Tile Warehouse to see if it could be fixed and they sent Jimi out to look at it. The only way Jimi could fix the substandard work done by the original tiler was to remove all the grout and replace it. He did a fantastic job and my kitchen looks better than ever. In the first pic, it looks like the grout is falling out but it’s actually just changed colour and gone all patchy. This should not have happened if the job was done properly, especially after only 4 years. The second pic is how great it looks after Jimi worked his magic. If you need a good tiler I can thoroughly recommend Jimi.”
