“Quick to come over to repair a leaking water pipe in my driveway - within 48 hours. However I was overcharged for the repair by a couple of hours of labour - 25% extra. This was later amended after I disputed the hours charged on the invoice. It was confirmed by the 2 workmen who had undertaken the repair that they had lied and overcharged for the time taken to complete the repair. Thankfully I was here at home so I knew exactly long they were here at my property. There were 2 staff who came to do the repair and only 1 of the 2 lads did the work. The other lad stood around watching and being on his phone yet I was charged for both of the staff - I thought he was on work experience as he seemed to be only observing and not really knowing what to do. The staff member who completed the repair was very good and did a quality job. Disappointed that I was overcharged.”
