“Very expensive for the service provided (replacement of gas hoses). 15 minutes spent on site yet charged 75minutes labour? Also charged a vehicle/ transport cost when we are centrally based. We were told we would get a report sent to us to provide Rockgas, never happened then when I followed this up at the office, one woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and still no report seen one month later. Wouldn’t bother using this business again nor would I recommend to others.”

“These guys attended a call-out for a damaged roof. Despite calls and texts to get a quote they were not forthcoming. Weeks later they billed my property manager for a hefty call out fee and some drivel about having to cancel a work order when despite efforts to actually get them to do the job had come to nothing. How difficult can it be to order one sheet of clearlite and actually do the job in a reasonable timeframe?? (i.e. within 2 months of the damage the job was still not done) Totally useless. Thankfully I finally found a roofer who did the job quickly and efficiently.”

“Too expensive for the poor service rendered. Didn't do what was asked of them to do. The job request was detailed upon the appointment of the service and it was accepted, but when the plumber arrived for the job,he just kept on pushing different 'suggestions' to avoid doing the job that was originally asked of him to do. In the end, I had to get another plumber from a different company who was by far on a higher level of professionalism and efficiency, and they ACTUALLY got the job done and at a cheaper cost (in comparison to KBP who charged high for a job NOT done)”

“Great service from the KBP team. Needed help with an old leaking cylinder, couldn’t get any response from the “Cylinder Guy” as it was just before Anzac weekend so gave KBP a ring and they were onto it asap. Jeremy came and sized up the water cylinder for replacement and had the whole job completed within a couple of days. Jeremy was a tidy tradesman and dealt with problems as they arose with no dramas. Job was completed faster than I expected and cost less than I anticipated. I highly recommend the KBP team 👍”
