“What an absolute time waster. We got Ian to lok at the oven and cooktop in our motorhome in April. He said he ordered some parts and it could take a few weeks for them to arrive. After a few weeks we phoned Ian and left a message asking where we were at with the parts. We got no response from Ian. We made several more phone calls and sent several emails and still had zero response. It is now November and we still haven't heard a thing from Ian. In all this time we have not been able to use our motorhome. We have now purchased a brand new unit and had it installed by another more reliable gas fitter. We will certainly not have any more dealings with Koru Plumbing.”
