“I used Laser Plumbing for an insurance-related job, but because of how they communicated with my insurance provider, the cost wasn’t covered. I had been using the same product for four years without any issue, yet they told the insurer it was faulty — which doesn’t make sense. Due to their carelessness, I ended up paying both the insurance excess and the plumbing cost. I reached out politely to discuss the issue but never received a reply. Very disappointing experience, especially after choosing them based on good reviews and a friend’s referral. Good workmanship, but poor communication and follow-up when things go wrong.”

“I would give 5 - if the administration side of it diddnt annoy me so much - WHY Guy turned up, got the job done -=- EXCELLENT work. I rang them up after that to confirm they have the right email - a WEEK later they send me the bill - like on a Thursday and expecting me to pay 197.00 in one week. I was pissed. Then to top it off they send me a FEEDBACK to THEIR site - and no reply - feedback said GOOD OR BAD -- and that's it? -- OH NAY NAY I SAY That annoyed me too -- Then they go blame it on their AI service -- I call BS -- Ill upload photos of the work -- am happy with the WORK.”
