“The overall experience left a lot to be desired. The project manager clearly needs training in customer service and accountability. We had to repeatedly follow up tasks completed, and even then, follow-through was inconsistent at best. Communication was frustrating and often nonexistent. To make matters worse, the franchise seems uninterested in receiving or responding to feedback. The one bright spot in this experience was their salesperson — she was truly outstanding. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Without her, this would have been a completely negative experience. In the end, they built a house — but not a home. That human connection and care, was missing.”
