“I contacted Marson Flooring 4 weeks ago for a quote for carpet and vinyl of my house, and provided all plans. After 2 follow up emails - still no quote, when I followed up today I was told that I should call the store to ask why it’s taking so long. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company for a quote, if it is needed within 4 weeks. For context, another company was able to send me a quote within 24 hours, I am patient but 4 weeks is bonkers. Really wanted to try support my local flooring store but will have to use another company.”
