“Chose your roofing company wisely, check out their reviews, especially the negative ones. Contact them and ask about their experiences with this company. I wish I never used them. They can paint, but useless at repairs. It took one year and two tribunal hearings to get my money back for faulty workmanship. Also this company displays the LBP logo...I assure you they are not. If you are not sure about a company, contact RANZ, LBP or MBIE, they can point you in the right direction. Very disappointed about how this company conducts their business.”

“I had a disappointing experience with MK Roofing Ltd. I was surprised by their use of Google Earth for quotes rather than doing a site visit to view the job. They only completed a section of the job that was requested leaving several areas unaddressed, seeming to think that by charging half of what I was expecting to pay I should be happy. What was even more frustrating was their inability to provide an itemised scope of works or a proper invoice (the quote was altered after being signed). I expected transparency and clarity regarding the services rendered, but instead, I was left in the dark about what I was actually paying for. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously and was told “they had never dealt with a customer like me” and declined to engage further. I would not recommend MK Roofing Ltd if you are looking for reliable and thorough roofing services. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.”

They had staff evaluating the situation within 24 hours and had the issue sorted within 2 working days. Magnificent service at a very reasonable cost.
