“DO NOT USE in emergency. Despite advertising emergency service they do not offer these only an "answering service". Had an issue that left us without water on Saturday called around midday advised matter was urgent was told would be passed on to team. No response so called again around 3 to check if any update. Was told by person on phone couldn't provide an update on time frames but would pass on further message. Did not receive any response until Monday afternoon when I was told that they only have an answering service on weekends. Absolutely appaling that they would advertise emergency services and take calls for same when this is not something they provide. Very poor.”

“Booked for 8am... call them at 8.10am to ask where they are... oh! We will come at I cancelled and booked with another plumber. Costing me money and time without even showing up. Love that you send conformation emails with booking conformation and cancellation fees if I dont show 🤣 not the way to do buisness!”

“We were really impressed with the service from this company. Our very old (first floor)hot water system emptied itself overnight through the lower level bathroom ceiling . NP's response was quick, job was assessed and repairs scheduled. Alterations were also made to modernise to latest standards to ensure this could never happen again. Communications were prompt and clear and the job was completed as scheduled. Overall outstanding service.”
