“I have been searching MANY avenues for weeks without success to locate 400mm drain pipes for several earthmoving jobs I have lined up down here in Nth Canterbury. Today I google searched and Tiki (an amazingly helpful young Lady from Kaitaia) made contact with me. From that moment onwards she has been soooo helpful and her willing attitude is soooo uplifting. Initially she had me at HUMES pipes in Carmen Rd, Hornby, Christchurch with whom she had been in contact just shortly before my arrival there. The reception and treatment which I received by a young sales woman there was totally abysmal so I left their sales office, informing them that they had missed out on an almost $10k order (I require perhaps a further 17pipes next week) and that the attitude I had received was not acceptable. I then called Tiki again. She was hugely apologetic (not her fault) . and then guided me to Paramount Plumbing Supplies further south at Rolleston where young Danielle had been primed of my request and pending visit. Danielle too was excellent, a great friendly attitude and I departed as a very happy cash paying customer. This company - P&F Global - are absolutely blessed to have such a fantastic partner(employee?) in Tiki and will certainly receive ALL of my recommendations in future.
