“Really great service with Paul. We planned ahead by a week or so as he was going to lump a few jobs together in my area. I didn't hear back for a while so I called again. He promptly rang me back and said he'd be here within the hour. This was all still meeting the deadline to have the work completed so it was fine. He was very thorough when upgrading our camper to RCD. There was a small issue which he found an alternative solution for and then he explained the reasoning as well as the invoiced items clearly without being asked and also alerted me to some rotting wood that he noted while doing the work. I am very satisfied with the service and standard of work and will use his services again in future.”

“Not interested in checking my caravan to see if it was safe after having a melting power cord, said he would call me before he came on Monday but texted me to say nobody was home without any contact about when he was coming also I asked him to fix my stove because I thought it needed new thermostats and he told me to see an appliance person because parts are hard to get. After talking to him about not contacting me before he came he said he would come on Thursday or Friday and contact me before he came but nothing. His website states caravan electrical warrants, but said he doesn't know if he can do anything about checking to see if my caravan is safe to use, I gave up then called Skilled Electrical and both problems were fixed very quickly and all the stove needed was new simmer stats, but seems Paul Howells Electrical can't be bothered with small jobs and only wants the big jobs. I certainly know who I will call if I have a problem in the future”
