“Poor experience — would not recommend. I paid $10,000 for a roof repair, re-screw, and repaint about three years ago. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The salesperson pressured me to accept the quote immediately during the first visit. I regret not seeking other quotes. The workmanship was poor. My roof continued leaking after the job, and I had to call the company back three times to fix it. Once payment was made, their customer service dropped off. I had to escalate my complaint to a manager. I was also told that if I posted a negative Google review, they might take legal action against me — which I found intimidating. Recently, a solar installer showed me photos of the roof, revealing more poor-quality work. After reading other reviews, I realised I’m not the only customer who’s been treated this way. I will not recommend this company to anyone.”
