“Needed a hard wired heated towel rail replaced. Received a quote on the Friday afternoon which I accepted and they came the following Monday morning. Tobias was great, friendly, courteous and respectful even taking his shoes off when entering the house. Very rarely does that happen. Did the job in quick time.
