“Phoenix had previously replaced my shower and had done an excellent job. When i found my barge board had rotted and needed replaceing, I called them again. I was told that there would be a delay after accepting the quote but to my surprise they contacted me and after a false start showed up and replaced the barge board. The trades man did an excellent job. Not only did he replace the barge board but he located the cause of the damage, fixed that and also offered a recommendation to improve the roof if I had the funds. Excellent job well done. Would recommend Phoenix anytime.”
