“Well ,a totally bad experience here ,the staff in the showroom part of this business good ,competent,friendly and helpful ,however the trade section staff terrible ,incompetent,confrontational, very poorly trained with no thought for the business they work for ,from the management to the delusional nonentitys on the trade counter ,a culture bordering on retardation,I have worked in the building trades over 40 years and seldom if ever have I encountered such poorly trained ,confrontational staff,avoid like the plague,try another branch of plumbing world as this one a total waste of space”
