“What ever you do, do not deal with Kathy, if you have to go here at all. Extreme lack of product knowledge, poor communication, terrible customer service and not a single apology for continual errors and delays costing us at every step made for a terrible experience all round. Any other person we dealt with in the store had answers, why not you? Ordering a simple vanity became a nightmare with errors made from the get go. Delivery was never organised meaning our plumber was mucked around, not knowing a special waste was needed meant more incorrect orders and delays and what should have taken 1-2 weeks was drawn out over 4+ painful weeks where she would call us with bad news after bad news and not a single apology (whether she meant it or not). 10/10 do not recommend. Learn your products Kathy and know when to smooth over the situation with some decent customer service.”
