“Had a hot water heater leaking drama last Saturday morning, when I found it the whole carpet area around it was soaked! Of course it has to happen during a weekend after hour 🙄. Frustrated, I did some googling and contacted Polite Plumber based on their good reviews, Dilly and her husband (can’t remember the name now) picked up the phone quickly, they were very efficient and professional, after a few exchanges of information they arranged their stand-by plumber (Glen) who quickly arrived in around one hour time (from Mangere). Glen then assessed the issue and quickly fixed it by replacing the leaking PVC pipe and the cap, job done within half an hour 👍👍 Though with extra charge given it was a weekend, I’m glad that I choose Dilly and their team, will surely use their service again in the future. Highly recommended!”
