“I purchased a three bedroom presidential home in 2023 (Ordered 2022). The service through the whole process was outstanding, everything from consenting to guidance throughout the building process. The house was delivered and any small blemishes or cracks from the move (To be expected) were promptly fixed and painted (service included). They even provided additional paint for later use. The final product is amazing, a well designed house that makes the most of the space and has three sizeable bedrooms with two bathrooms. I cannot recommend presidential homes more highly as the house is of high quality, great service from their staff and a price far lower than if I had it built on site.”
