“I have known Colin for over 20 years. We engaged him to do a re-clad of our home, and to replace the windows and doors with modern double glazed units. His foreman, Sam, and workers Tai and Cory were great workers, and treated our home with respect. Every evening they cleaned up, and left the house habitable. They even cleaned the toilet that we made available to them. We received an update each Monday on the work done, and the scheduled contractors for the coming week. There were no major hiccups, and the minor hiccups were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Colin and his architect handled all the paperwork for the council consents with few problems. So now it is all finished, and we can rest easy, knowing that any little wrinkles can be quickly sorted out. Well done Preform Homes !”

“The Team at Proform were exceptional during my parents kitchen/laundry renovation. We’d previously had a hard time with a renovation, and were let down on timelines, and completion. It was the start of November, and I said to Col, what’s the chances you can get this done by Christmas. He cracked straight on, his team arrived within a week, the builders were professional, and careful in my elderly parents’ home. They removed a whole kitchen, wall between that and the laundry, then reconfigured the laundry to be part of the Kitchen. We ended up with a Kitchen twice the size, and a well utilised space for the laundry. Everything was well designed, delivered on time, with great communication. We couldn’t be happier, and I’d happily recommend Col, and his team at Proform to anyone. We subsequently got them back to complete a bathroom renovation which also went without a hitch!”
