“Absolutely incredible service tonight! 4 days ago we were told by our 'new' gas supplier they would be delivering our gas today (24th July). However, when it hadn't arrived by 5pm, and after waiting for 20mins on hold for a centralized call centre we were told they couldn't confirm a delivery date, and we would potentially have to wait until next week for a delivery. I hung up frustrated, and called the Rockgas Nelson after-hours number. I was greeted by a lovely lady, who was sympathetic to our situation & felt sorry for our kids who were muddy and cold having just finished rugby training... and looking forward to a hot shower, expecting the hot water to be on! I was more than happy to pay the after-hours fee and they were more than happy to come back out in the cold, and deliver gas so our kiddies could enjoy a hot shower after rugby training!! Thank you so very much!! We thought we were doing ourselves a favour by signing up to a company who promises cheap bottles.. but the compromise was the service!! You guys are amazing!!! Thank you again, so much!!”
