“We are impressed by the work SGB carried out on our 1930s home. A full re-roof, demolition of two brick chimneys, improvements to drainage and piles, and replacement of so many partially rotten weatherboards it was practically a reclad. Our sloping site with difficult access meant this required plenty of tough mahi, but the team were consistently up for the challenge in the best and worst of Welly’s weather. All work completed to a high standard and a few items coming in under budget when simpler fixes were found along the way. We would highly recommend working with SGB.”
