“We’ve been in our home for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. The build process felt straightforward and well managed, largely thanks to having such a hands on project manager (Simon at the time). He was easy to deal with, always happy to answer questions, kept us updated, and was very transparent throughout the build. We really enjoyed the range of house options available and appreciated having the flexibility to make changes so the home suited us and how we live. The quality of the appliances and hardware has been great, and we’ve had no issues since moving in. We genuinely felt involved in the process rather than just being another sale. I was sceptical signing with a company with a bigger “portfolio” and name as I’ve heard some horror stories (not Signature Homes) but, would happily say we made a great choice and we would recommend Signature Homes to anyone considering building.”
