“Overall, we ended up with the house we wanted and by and large the process was good. As with what seems to be all building projects it took longer and cost more ;) Not massively so but the devil is in the detail they say and communication could always be better. Mange expectations would lead to an overall better experience. It was not bad at all, but it was not great either. What I will add is June 2025 marked two years in the house and there have been zero issues. So, the quality of the workmanship and build is holding up. No complaints at all.”
