She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, provided an on-the-spot quote, and was just a lovely person in general. SmartGrass were the first company we contacted about artificial grass and we didn't realise it could be quite costly - it definitely is an investment and it's clear from their samples and before/after photos that they have a great product.
